Carach Angren-Where The Corpses Sink Forever album review and download

Carach Angren's 2012 release of "Where The Corpses Sink" on Season Of The mist, had an unbelievable amount of hype surrounding it. Many call it the best album of 2012. Well i personally would say this album is extremely close to perfect. It's one of those albums that you get pulled into and you cannot stop listening to it. This album is extremely well produced, from guitars to drums, to bass, everything sounds crisp and good. The vocals on this album fit the atmosphere perfectly, and they're also a little bit louder which i like. The standout tracks for this album for me are, all the songs. They're all great and deserve a listen. This album definitely isn't just another metal album, and i definitely recommend giving it a listen.

I give this album a 4.5 out of 5

1. Ominous Recording
2. Lingering In an Imprint Haunting
3. Bitte Totet Mich
4. Funerary Dirge of a Violinist
5. Sir John
6. Spectral Infantry Battalions
7. General Nightmare
8. Little Hector What Have You Done?
9. These Fields Are Lurking
