Impaled's 2005 release of Death After Life on Century Media Records was definitely an interesting release to say the least. From the start of the first track "Goreventure" you know you ears are in for an interesting treat. This is by far one of the best Deathgrind albums i have ever heard. The Guitar work is amazing, from brutal riffs to ear shredding solo's, its top notch the whole way. The vocals are solid as well, very reminiscent of Carcass at moments. The samples at the beginning and end of the songs really add to the dark medical atmosphere of this album. The notable tracks for me on this album are "Preservation Of Death" and "Medical Waste". The guitar solo on "Ressurrectionists" also deserves an honorable mention, it is jaw dropping. Overall this is a solid Deathgrind album that deserves a good listen.
